The Role of the Coordinator

Corfe Mullen Home Watch is operated solely by it’s paid up members, generously supported by our sponsors. It is important to note the Police do not get directly involved in running Corfe Mullen Home Watch. While they render every assistance in supporting us, it is fundamentally the members who run it.

The success of Corfe Mullen Home Watch depends largely on the enthusiasm and effectiveness of its team of Coordinators, supported by the Committee. Coordinators act as a central pivot within a small region of the village, often responsible for just a few roads.

Although Coordinator duties depend on assistance and guidance offered by the Committee, their duties are primarily to:

  • Encourage full participation in Corfe Mullen Home Watch among residents;
  • Circulate quarterly Newsletters;
  • Attend regular Coordinator and Member meetings;
  • Liaise between the Committee and the Members

Corfe Mullen Home Watch currently needs Coordinators for the following roads throughout the Parish:

  1. Springdale Grove
  2. Coventry Close
  3. Windgreen
  4. Brog Street
  5. Sleight Lane

We need your help. If you would like to become a Coordinator, first you need to be a fully paid up member of Corfe Mullen Home Watch (join here), then please register your interest below. Thank you.
